Growth Mindset: Effect of Praise

The video that I watched was The Effect of Praise on Mindsets. One thing that confirmed that I knew already was that kids who really liked the validation of praise often kept choosing the easier puzzles to reinforce the praise. One new thing that I learned was that the kids often underestimated themselves, thinking that they weren't worthy/intelligent enough, which showed a fixed mindset and can persist throughout their lives. One thing I'm curious to explore is how they tested the growth mindset in adults, so I might try to see if there are any articles or videos that talk about growth mindset experiments in adults.
